As carefree and fun as salt water taffy, Taffy Twirl uses 2 1/2 inch precut strips and one background to stitch up free-spinning blocks in five different sizes for a fun take on the traditional pinwheel block. Pictured quilt is made with Stonehenge Surface fabrics by Northcott.
